Jamaican Jerk Pork Tenderloin... WILDTREE Freezer Meal
This was fantastic. At the freezer meal workshop a pork tenderloin was placed in a freezer bag with Grapeseed oil and Jamaican Jerk Spice Blend from WILDTREE. I popped it in my freezer that day and took it out to thaw yesterday morning. After work and 9 holes of golf we were starving. I fired up the grill and put this lovely piece of pork on to cook. 20 minutes later adding a quick tossed salad... we had a delicious meal! Figure friendly as well.

Chicken Scampi ... With my Wildtree Freezer Meal
This is what I made with my chicken scampi Wildtree freezer meal. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and ready to go because I added scampi blend and grape seed oil directly to the freezer bag. I thawed and sautéed it. Added some fresh zucchini and red peppers before tossing it with a cool shaped pasta and a little reserved pasta cooking water! Took 15 minutes to throw together!
