Baked Chips With Avocado Tomato Salsa Fresca and Wildtree Fajita Seasoning!







Make your own baked chips at home.  Buy good quality corn tortillas and cut into triangles.  Bake at 350 degrees on parchment paper until crisp.  The tortillas I bought were pretty thick so I cooked them 15 min on each side.  Keep a close eye so they do not burn.  I flavored mine with Wildtree fajita seasoning.
Salsa:
chopped cherry tomatoes…. I used about 8 of them
1 Avocado chopped
The juice of one lime
1 Tablespoon minced onion
1 Teaspoon Wildtree fajita seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together and serve with the baked chips!  Healthy and Delicious!

Sunday Brunch Potatoes and Eggs







2 Large or several small potatoes (pierce and microwave until tender)
1/2 Large bell pepper (red,green, yellow or orange) Chopped
1/2 Small onion chopped
4 Eggs beat
4 Tablespoons of cooking oil or butter (I USE WILDTREE NATURAL GRAPESEED OIL)
1/4 Teaspoon of dill (I USE WILDTREE DILL DIP BLEND)

Serves 2-4 depending on main or side dish! 

Saute … your potatoes, onion, and peppers in the oil until tender and browning.  Sprinkle with the dill seasoning.  When the veggies are tender and browning add the beaten eggs and let eggs set on one side … turn to set on the other side.  

Serve with Ham if desired or your favorite steamed green vegetable.  Healthy and Homemade!

Flavorful Pork Loin and Peppers




1 pork tenderloin
bell pepper strips
carrots if desired
seasoning of your choice (Wildtree Rancher Steak Rub is awesome)
oil 


Place tenderloin in pan and drizzle with oil. I use Wildtree grape seed oil.  place vegetables around the 
loin and dust heavily with seasoning.

Put in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.  Check on it at 45 and 50 minutes and there should still be juices in the bottom of the pan,

Serve on egg noodles, coucous, rice or just with a salad.  The juices are good on a starch!

Roasted Red Pepper Sauce



1/2 cup mayo
1/2 sour cream
1 Slice of roasted red pepper (jarred or done yourself)
1 Teaspoon of Red Bell Pepper and Garlic Seasoning from Wildtree

Make a little or make a lot! 

Blend all ingredients in a blender….
This sauce is delicious on everything from seafood to burgers to fries to ANYTHING!

Here I had it on a crab stuffed portobello!

Put it on veggies, on meat, on hot or cold sandwiches!

Lemon Herb Shrimp!

Saute jumbo shrimp in lemon oil until pink.
Salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle with your favorite fresh herbs
