8 oz of your favorite pasta cooked al-dente' in salted boiling water according to package directions reserving 1 ladle of pasta water.
1 bunch of spinach rinsed
2 red bell peppers chopped
3 Tbsp garlic flavored oil… I use Wildtree
1/2 teaspoon of Wildtree hot and spicy Fra Diavolo Blend (or crushed red pepper flakes)
Salt and peper
Heat the oil and add the peppers to the sauté pan.. season with Fra Diavolo, salt and pepper and stir for a few minutes and then add the spinach to the sauté pan. The spinach can have some water on it as it helps to steam and wilt. Once the spinach wilts add the hot cooked pasta and 1 ladle of the pasta water. Stir to combine flavors while simmering 1 minute…
Serve with parmesan cheese if desired.
