1/4 lb thick rice noodles cooked according to package
SAUCE
2Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp chunky peanut butter (i use all natural)
1/4th cup Wildtree sweet and spicy chili sauce
1 clove chopped garlic
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp hot sauce of choice ( or leave out if too spicy for you)
Tablespoons of water as needed to thin the sauce
VEGGIES
Steamed chopped broccoli and red peppers
While noodles are cooking make the sauce by adding all ingredients to a skillet. When sauce is bubbly add the veggies and noodles. You can top it with chopped peanuts and green onions…. Delicious!
