Preheat oven to 350
1 Chuck Roast
2 bags of frozen vegetables for stew
Steak seasoning (I use Wildtree Rancher steak rub)
1 can of beef broth
Coat both sides of the roast heavily with the steak rub and place in a roasting pan. Pour the broth over top. Roast 1 hour on 350 and then lower the oven to 225 for 3-4 more hours. Check frequently to make sure there are still juices in the pan. If getting dry add water.
Can also be made in the crock pot the same way on Low all day on High 3-4 hours.
