2 bone in skin on chicken breast
1 onion chopped
4 carrots peeled and chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
1/4 cup on chicken bouillon
4 cups cooked egg noodles
Add 2 quarts of water to your slow cooker along with 2 bone in skin on chicken breast and the other ingredients, except the noodles. Place on low 8 hours.
After 8 hours remove the chicken and discard the skin and bones. Taste for salt and pepper needs. Add egg noodles and serve.
Can be done on stove top... you will just need to bring to boil and then simmer for 1 hour.
