Two medium sized red skinned potatoes boiled, cooled and cut.
10 asparagus spears cooked and chopped
2 Tablespoons lemon flavored oil (I use Wildtree)
1 Teaspoon Lemon rosemary seasoning blend ( I use Wildtree)
Salt and pepper to taste!
Mix all ingredients and chill.
Garnish with lemon
