1/4 cup coconut flour
1/8 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
packet of stevia (optional)
In a batter bowl mix…
3 eggs
1/4 cup coconut or almond milk (unsweetened)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp coconut oil melted
Add the dry to the wet and stir to combine. Do not over mix.
Heat a skillet and grease with coconut oil. Make pancakes as
usual. Serve right away!
Serve with sugar free syrup and turkey sausage!
