Marinated artichokes, olives and mushrooms & Pita Puffs on top of Spinach Romaine salad

Make a mixture of chopped artichoke hearts, black olives, sliced mushrooms and Italian dressing and let marinate over night. Then use it to dress a crisp salad of romaine hearts and spinach. Delicious and healthy!
