Teriyaki Sesame Noodles

1 red bell pepper rough chopped
1small onion sliced thin
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 + cups vegetable broth
1 cup Wildtree Teriyaki sauce
Sesame seeds
I pound of spaghetti cooked and rinsed in cold water

In a skillet put ½ cup of the broth And all the veggies. Sauté on medium heat until all the liquid is gone and veggies tender. If you need to add more broth you can to get the vegetables tender about a tablespoon at a time.
After the liquid is gone turn the heat up to high and stir frequently for about 1 to 2 minutes until the vegetable start to brown even a few little black spots won't hurt
At this time add the one type of teriyaki sauce and the remaining half cup of broth. Stir to combine and add the noodles Skeep stirring until they are completely coated.
You may need to add some additional brought up the noodles are not coated well enough.
Top with some sesame seeds you can put a drizzle of sesame oil if you like ...it adds a lot of flavor but I avoid oil due to the added calories.

"Creamed" Peas and Carrot Potato Topper!

I love potatoes and they love me back.  They are a healthy source of fiber and potassium.  They are grown in the ground as a plant.. not made in a plant!

I do not use butter, oil or dairy… so potatoes can be a little dry if you are used to slathering them with stuff!

Don't despair… this potato topper is delicious!

Thaw 1 cup frozen peas and carrots at room temp or in the microwave.

In a blender:
1 cup non dairy milk
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 Tsp Wildtree absolutely onion (or regular granulated onion)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp tumeric
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 cup whole wheat pastry flour (you can use regular flour)

Blend this up and put it in a sauce pan over medium heat…. stir very frequently until bubbling and thick.
Once the mixture is thick and bubbly add the peas and carrots and stir a minute or two so the veggies get warm.

Spoon it over your baked potato and ENJOY

Brown Rice and Veggie Stuffed Peppers

Wildtree freezer meals are great.  You get to have great meals in your freezer prepped and ready to go.

I have been working on creating my own set of freezer meals that are animal free, low in fat, salt and sugar.  So far I have created 6 meals.  My daughter did the prep for these meals and has them in her freezer ready to go.  My girls are my test subjects.  This is the first meal she thawed and prepared.  She said it was fantastic!  I do have to do a little tweaking of my instructions.

I will post the recipe as soon as we get it updated with the changes she suggested.  Let me know if you would like to know more about Wildtree Freezer Meals by commenting below!  There are several to choose from... you will see them listed above.  I needed to make a vegan one for my family so you will get to see them as Chelsea makes them.  This one was a slow cooker recipe!

Thanks for reading!

Soup is so easy in my Instant Pot pressure cooker.  Fill it.. Set it.. Forget it…
EAT IT.

You can make this on the stove as well

1 No Beef bouillon cube (you can use a quality beef cube if you want to)
1 cup of water
1 TBSP liquid smoke
1 TBSP Wildtree worcestershire sauce
1/2 Cup TVP (textured vegetable protein)

Put this in your soup pot and bring to a boil.  After the boil add the following:

1 15 oz can fire roasted tomatoes
1 15 oz plain tomato sauce
1 yellow onion chopped
a few stalks celery chopped
4 bell peppers, I use green red and yellow and orange
 when available
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 TBSP smoked paprika
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 TBSP onion powder
1 TBSP salt ( you can leave this out and salt to your taste when it is done)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp hot red pepper flakes (optional)
3/4 cup texmati rice (or brown or white rice of your preference)
8 cups water

Google the magical properties of turmeric and black pepper used in combination!

If you cook it on the stove cook it until the rice is done.

I use my Wildtree worcestershire sauce because it is naturally vegan and organic!

This soup is so good.. no oil/fat, no sugar, no animal products or cholesterol!  High in fiber and nutrients.  100 percent whole foods!
