Cinnamon Bun Smoothie with homemade brown rice milk




Yummy cinnamon bun flavor!  From the Happy Herbivore Cookbook! 

1 frozen banana (peel and freeze in a baggie)
1 cup non dairy milk -  I made my own brown rice milk!
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla 
1/2 pure maple syrup

Blend in a high speed blender


Brown Rice Milk

make a batch of brown rice according to package directions

In a high speed blender add 1/2 cup cooked brown rice and 2 cups filtered water.  Blend until all grain is pulverized.  Strain into a jar and put in the fridge!
