YEAST FREE DINNER ,,,Venison Steak, brussels, asparagus and a poached egg!



Grilled steak of any kind.

A bunch of asparagus trimmed
Brussel sprouts trimmed and cleaned
olive oil
salt and pepper

Set oven to 400 degrees and toss the veggies in 
olive oil.  Salt and pepper and roast for 30 minutes.

Top with a poached or fried egg.

The yolk is wonderful with the steak and veggies.
