Pasta Bean Soup … Perfect for Lent!




1 28 oz crushed tomatoes
1 carton of vegetable broth
1 TBSP Italian seasoning ( I use Wildtree sauce blend)
1 Tsp garlic seasoing (I use Wildtree garlic glore)
1 can of white beans rinsed
Pasta of your choice (Cooked tortellini or other small pasta or even gluten free)
Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Add crushed red pepper for some kick!

Simmer on med-low for 45 min to an hour and then add the cooked pasta and simmer 5 more minutes. The sauce will thicken up after adding the pasta.  If too thin you can add a few tablespoons of tomato paste.
