Vegan Garlic Spinach Crescent Rolls






The filling is dairy free but so cheesy and delicious!

1 block of silken tofu
1 tablespoon of Wildtree Garlic Galore
1/2  of a fresh lemon squeezed
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
and a large handful of fresh clean spinach leaves

Pulse until smooth in a food processor

Spread on crescent dough of your choice and roll and bake according to the package of crescents.  Watch closely so they do not burn.  

Warm and delicious, melt in your mouth appetizer!   

Filling can be used on pizza dough, in stuffed pasta shells, or any way you would use a spinach ricotta mixture.
