Shells with Zucchini Tomatoes and Onions (Wildtree Spaghetti Sauce Blend)





1 medium zucchini sliced and halved
1 medium onion finely sliced
1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes 
1 Tablespoon of Spaghetti sauce blend by Wildtree
2 Tablespoons of garlic flavored oil (I used Wildtree)
1 pound of medium shells prepared al dente
1 -2 cups of shredded italian blend cheese

Saute the veggies in the oil with the seasoning until getting soft and then add the tomatoes.  Simmer about 10 minutes while the pasta is cooking.  Taste for salt and pepper needs.

Put the drained pasta in a baking dish and cover with the sauce mixture.  Top with cheese and cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes!  

You can use whole wheat or gluten free pasta or even spaghetti squash.  You can even leave out the pasta and it is still delicious.

Remember… When you can use ORGANIC…Do it!
