So Easy Italian Vegetable Soup





1 28 oz bag of frozen vegetables for soup
6 cups of water
1 28oz can of crushed tomatoes
1 TBSP spaghetti sauce seasoning (I used wildtree)
8 teaspoons Wildtree vegetable base or 1 carton of vegetable broth (omit 4 cups of water if using carton of broth)
Place all in slow cooker on low for 8 hours (a work day) or on high for 3 to 4 hours. 

I then added 1/2 cup of lentils

You could add white beans or small cooked pasta would be good.  Frozen chopped spinach would add color and vitamins.  

Frozen and chopped spinach would be good.  Be creative and add anything you like in.
