Linguine with Wildtree Alfredo and Clams






8 oz linguini cooked al dente in boiling water (save the water)
1 can minced or chopped clams in the juice
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons Wildtree butter flavored grape seed oil
2 slices roasted red pepper from a jar (chopped)
1 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Wildtree Alfredo powder

While the pasta is boiling heat the oil in a sauté pan
when oil is warm to hot put one clove of chopped garlic 
when garlic starts to sizzle add the clams… juice and all 
add the red pepper,  Alfredo powder and red pepper flakes and stir well and lower to a simmer

when the linguine is al dente add it to the pan and heat on high for 4 to 5 minutes while stirring it to mix with sauce… add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the pasta water … stir… sauce should be bubbling
remove from heat and serve immediately!  Garnish with chives or parsley!
