Sweet and Spicy Tomato Soup with Spaghetti Squash Noodles

Vegan and oil free 


14 oz diced tomatoes
2cups of water 
2 tablespoons of Wildtree veggie broth mix 
1 tbsp Wildtree absolutely onion
A dash of garlic powder 
2 tsp ITALIAN seasoning 
1bay leaf
1tbsp white vinegar
1 large carrot chopped small
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp agave nectar or sugar
The flesh of 1 cooked spaghetti squash 

Put all ingredients in soup pot bring to a boil and then simmer for 40-45 min

I puréed ½ of the soup.  Serve in a bowl with spaghetti squash
