Teriyaki Sesame Noodles

1 red bell pepper rough chopped
1small onion sliced thin
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 + cups vegetable broth
1 cup Wildtree Teriyaki sauce
Sesame seeds
I pound of spaghetti cooked and rinsed in cold water

In a skillet put ½ cup of the broth And all the veggies. Sauté on medium heat until all the liquid is gone and veggies tender. If you need to add more broth you can to get the vegetables tender about a tablespoon at a time.
After the liquid is gone turn the heat up to high and stir frequently for about 1 to 2 minutes until the vegetable start to brown even a few little black spots won't hurt
At this time add the one type of teriyaki sauce and the remaining half cup of broth. Stir to combine and add the noodles Skeep stirring until they are completely coated.
You may need to add some additional brought up the noodles are not coated well enough.
Top with some sesame seeds you can put a drizzle of sesame oil if you like ...it adds a lot of flavor but I avoid oil due to the added calories.

You can buy wildtree teriyaki from me at www.mywildtree.com/Gerri641661
