Plant Perfect Stuffed Pepper Soup… Yep you got it no meat or fat!

Soup is so easy in my Instant Pot pressure cooker.  Fill it.. Set it.. Forget it…
EAT IT.

You can make this on the stove as well

1 No Beef bouillon cube (you can use a quality beef cube if you want to)
1 cup of water
1 TBSP liquid smoke
1 TBSP Wildtree worcestershire sauce
1/2 Cup TVP (textured vegetable protein)

Put this in your soup pot and bring to a boil.  After the boil add the following:

1 15 oz can fire roasted tomatoes
1 15 oz plain tomato sauce
1 yellow onion chopped
a few stalks celery chopped
4 bell peppers, I use green red and yellow and orange
 when available
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 TBSP smoked paprika
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 TBSP onion powder
1 TBSP salt ( you can leave this out and salt to your taste when it is done)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp hot red pepper flakes (optional)
3/4 cup texmati rice (or brown or white rice of your preference)
8 cups water

Google the magical properties of turmeric and black pepper used in combination!

I put the lid on my pressure cooker and hit the soup button and in 30 minutes… perfection!

If you cook it on the stove cook it until the rice is done.

I use my Wildtree worcestershire sauce because it is naturally vegan and organic!

This soup is so good.. no oil/fat, no sugar, no animal products or cholesterol!  High in fiber and nutrients.  100 percent whole foods!
