Sushi Bowls with Vegan Yum Yum Sauce








The sushi bowls came out amazing ...everything was fresh crisp delicious... the sushi rice was perfect made in my Hamilton Beach rice cooker.
I spiraled a cucumber shredded some carrots sliced some avocado.  Sliced some red peppers and snow peas! I had some imitation crab for our non-vegans

I crisped up some Nori in a 275° oven for about five minutes to crumble and sprinkle on the sushi bowls

I had soy sauce and ginger paste Sesame oil and sesame seeds on the table, but what made it the best was to vegan yum yum sauce

VEGAN YUM YUM

One package of soft silken tofu
1/2 teaspoon of distilled white vinegar
A good squeeze of fresh lemon juice
A few drops of agave nectar
2 tablespoons of Siracha
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Whip this up in your food processor or blender!  
Taste it and adjust the seasonings to your liking
