Brown Rice and Veggies in 10 Minutes


CANT SAY YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR A HEALTHY MEAL!

1 bag of steam-able veggies of your choice
1 bag of steam-able brown rice
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 th teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons of gluten free soy sauce

Heat a cast iron skillet while the rice in in the microwave for 3
minutes.
Add the oil and rice and garlic powder to the skillet and sauté on 
high for 3 minutes while the veggies are in the microwave for 3
minutes.  

when the veggies are done add to the rice and stir quickly.  It
will be sizzling like fried rice.  Add the soy sauce and stir for another 
minute.  Turn off the heat and cover for 4-5 minutes…. salt and pepper
to taste.  

SUGAR FREE, GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN
