Winner Winner Healthy Chicken Dinner For Two

I like to make meals with no sugar.  This is a delicious chicken
dinner.  If you prepare everything from scratch you can avoid
ingredients that contain added sugar!
Cook 1 cup of the rice of your choice according to package directions.
I prefer brown or wild rice.  Higher in fiber and nutrients!
Pick any frozen steamer pack of your favorite veggies and prepare
according to package directions.  When done… mix with
the prepared rice!

For The Chicken
I pound 2 organic chicken breast to uniform thickness.
Prepare a dish with one beaten egg
Prepare another dish with 1/2 cup of flour seasoned
with garlic salt and pepper
Dredge the breast in flour and shake off the excess and coat
both sides with egg.
Immediately put the dipped chicken into a hot sauté pan with
olive oil. Brown on both sides and then lower the the heat to cook 
until middle is no longer pink.  Just before done put some fresh 
squeezed lemon juice on the chicken. 

Serve the chicken breast on top of the rice and vegetable mixture!
